Supplier Responsibility:
Glaminess Luxury Travel acts as an intermediary between you and travel service providers ("Suppliers"). Please note that we do not directly provide the travel-related services. Therefore, we cannot be held responsible for any intentional, negligent, or careless actions or omissions on the part of the Suppliers that may result in any loss, damage, delay, or injury to you, your companions, or group members.
Pricing and Availability:
The prices quoted by Glaminess Luxury Travel are based on the current rates at the time of your inquiry. Please be aware that quotes in foreign currency may be subject to exchange rate fluctuations and additional fees imposed by international credit card issuers or transaction processors. Prices and availability for hotels, services, and flights are subject to change until your booking is confirmed and secured with a valid form of payment. We would like to emphasize that unless the word "guaranteed" is explicitly stated in writing on our tickets, invoice, or reservation itinerary, we cannot guarantee the rates, booking, reservations, connections, scheduling, or handling of personal effects by the Suppliers.
Airline and Supplier Changes:
It is important to note that airlines reserve the right to increase prices related to specific seats, baggage handling, fuel surcharges, or government-imposed fees and taxes. Glaminess Luxury Travel cannot be held responsible or liable for such increases. Furthermore, we are not responsible for price changes resulting from fuel surcharges, government taxes/fees, or any increases imposed by the Suppliers.
Unforeseen Circumstances:
Glaminess Luxury Travel cannot be held responsible for any injuries, damages, or losses incurred by travelers due to circumstances beyond our control. These circumstances include but are not limited to terrorist activities, social or labor unrest, mechanical or construction failures or difficulties, diseases, local laws, climatic conditions, abnormal developments, or any other actions, omissions, or conditions outside of our control.
Passport Requirements:
For international itineraries and most cruises, a valid passport is required. If a passport is necessary for travel, please be aware that most countries require the expiration date to be at least six (6) months following the return date of your planned travel.
Credit Card and Payments:
To ensure smooth travel planning and to secure travel services that require a credit card guarantee, deposit, or final payment, we require a valid credit card on file. Rest assured that we prioritize the privacy and security of your data. Our online form utilizes high-grade security measures to encrypt, transfer, and store your submission data securely. In the event that invoices remain unpaid prior to travel, we reserve the right to charge the credit card provided.
Trip Insurance:
We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect your trip investment against events such as cancellation, delays, emergencies, and travel assistance. Please note that any descriptions or representations of the insurance made by Glaminess Luxury Travel do not constitute a binding assurance or promise about the coverage. It is important to understand that Glaminess Luxury Travel is not an insurance company and assumes no responsibility for the submission, payment, or adjustment of insurance claims. Claims must be submitted directly to the insurance company specified in the policy.
Acknowledgment:
By using the services of Glaminess Luxury Travel, you acknowledge and understand that we act solely as an agent for the Suppliers who actually provide the travel services you have purchased. You agree not to hold Glaminess Luxury Travel responsible in the event that any of these Suppliers fail to deliver the purchased travel services, fail to comply with applicable laws, or engage in any negligent acts or omissions that result in injury, damage, delay, or inconvenience to you.
You also acknowledge that Glaminess Luxury Travel cannot be held responsible for any injury, damage, or loss you may experience due to conditions, actions, or omissions beyond our reasonable control. Furthermore, you understand and acknowledge that traveling to various destinations may entail risks to your health and safety, such as disease, crime, terrorism, or warfare. We encourage you to refer to objective third-party sources of travel information, such as the U.S. Department of State (travel.state.gov), to make informed decisions regarding your travel plans.
Upon receiving your travel documents, please review them carefully for accuracy. Should you have any questions or concerns, do not hesitate to contact Glaminess Luxury Travel. Kindly note that discounted fares often come with certain restrictions, and making changes to your travel arrangements may result in additional costs. You should also be aware of the cancellation policies, change fees, and penalties set by the travel suppliers, as they apply to your specific travel plans and services. Additionally, please note that airline tickets may be subject to the loss of some or all of the fare should you choose to change or cancel your reservation.
Lastly, we recommend using a credit card for your transactions, as it may provide you with the opportunity to dispute charges in the event that a vendor ceases operations. For air travel within the USA, please be advised that the Transportation Security Administration (TSA) requires a government-issued identification card, which must match the name, date of birth, and gender listed on your airline ticket and booking records. Starting October 1, 2020, compliance with the Federal Real ID Act is mandatory (visit www.dhs.gov/real-id for more information). When traveling internationally, please ensure that you have a valid passport and check the visa requirements for your destination and nationality. Most countries require a passport to have an expiration date of at least six (6) months beyond the return date of your planned travel.
We also remind you that travel insurance can offer coverage for various risks associated with travel, such as supplier bankruptcy and unforeseen medical or personal emergencies.
By accepting these terms and conditions, you acknowledge that Glaminess Luxury Travel is not responsible for any injury, damage, or loss you may encounter during your travels, as well as any conditions, actions, or omissions beyond our reasonable control.
